1. COPYRIGHT. This software is owned by Joseph Heimiller
and is protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaty provisions.

2. DISTRIBUTION. You are free to distribute the shareware version of
Calendar Constructer.
The shareware version shows a shutdown message reminding
you to register.
You are prohibited from distributing the version of
Calendar Constructer that does not have the shutdown
message.
You are also specifically prohibited from altering any part of
the programs (including documentation) of Calendar
Constructer and/or redistributing any part of Calendar
Constructer in an altered form.
You are prohibited from extending Calendar Constructers
evaluation period and/or helping others extend their
evaluation period.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
Calendar Constructer.

3. LIABILITY. Users of Calendar Constructer must accept
this disclaimer of warranty:
